“clear dashboards and helpful automation”
Pros
I went ahead with this software expecting yet another overly complex compliance platform but it turned out to be much more simple than I expected. The interface feels accessible, the dashboards are easy to follow and the automation cuts down a lot of repetitive manual work. It also gives me peace of mind that sensitive data is being managed responsibly without forcing me to wade through a bunch of heavy technical language :)
Cons
The beginning was a little confusing especially during setup and I needed some extra time to understand how the navigation worked. After I became familiar with it things started to make a lot more sense but a guided walkthrough would definitely make onboarding easier for new users.

“Great platform for governance”
Pros
From the start this has felt like a complete hub for corporate governance! The interface is clean and accessible so getting comfortable with it takes very little time. It works almost like a next generation SharePoint for corporate documents making it simple to generate, store and search files efficiently including full text searches within the documents themselves. Creating org charts is easy and handling shareholder and board meetings is much more efficient with the ability to draft and sign resolutions directly inside the platform. The integrations add a lot of value as well. DocuSign makes digital signing feel smooth and Notarity allows notarization without leaving the platform. The North Data integration is another major plus since it brings commercial register updates straight into the platform and removes the trouble of manually collecting extracts in supported countries. On top of that the customer success team has been outstanding! They make the onboarding process thorough and well organized and they are always quick to respond whenever support is needed.
Cons
I don't have any real complaints about it at this point, it's more a case of hoping to see even more added over time. One improvement I'd really welcome would be automated notifications sent to the right stakeholders whenever something changes in a legal entity like newly uploaded documents or updates to entity data. A built in alert system like that would make it even easier to keep track of important changes.
