Quick filing

Pros

The platform being available in all 50 states is a huge plus and the registered agent service is ready to use right away! You just log into the portal, choose the registered agent service for the state you need, add it, finish the filing and that's it, you're done! The low annual agent fees really make it even better :)

Cons

Honestly I don't have any complaints about it. Everything has been excellent and the people there are wonderful to work with.

time saving reports hub

Pros

Having everything for annual reports in one place has been a huge time saver and keeps the whole process much better organized. The support team has also been really helpful whenever questions or issues come up. Annual reports that used to take much longer now feel quick to handle, updates are easy and I've also enjoyed the new features that keep getting added.

Cons

I do believe that the onboarding process could still use some improvement.
