user friendly and reliable tool

Pros

Compared with the free state provided filing program this software is much more user friendly and far easier to learn and work with! Our firm uses it every single day and it fits well into our regular workflow.

Cons

The downside is that it costs more than the state provided filing program and there are times when it runs a bit slowly.
