It is very user friendly and easy to use. Plus the fact that we can access it from anywhere was a huge advantage when our office had to shut down in 2020.

The activity feed shows the entire email chain for every message which can get cluttered and make it hard to find what we are looking for.

The case management side is simply amazing. This tool lets us successfully reconstruct our entire case file from start to finish.

I have no issues with the tool itself but it is just crucial that staff members remember to fill out all the information for each file but that is on us.

We really struggled with the Mail Merge and Document Generator when we first started.
