Working as a commercial director I'm constantly surprised by how indispensable this has become across our daily operations and not just for me but for the whole team as well. One of the biggest benefits is how much it opens things up for junior team members. With instant access to legal information it creates a more level playing field and gives everyone the confidence to make better-informed decisions. It also helps cut down the chances of miscommunication or misunderstandings around legal and compliance details when speaking with prospects which has definitely strengthened our credibility and made us look more professional.
Cons
To be honest there's very little to complain about. If I really had to pick something I'd say it does its job almost too well which means I have far fewer reasons to step away for a coffee while waiting on legal input. Not much of a downside really.

“requests handled brilliantly”
Pros
Handling a large volume of legal requests has been much more manageable with this software. It gives our non legal teams instant answers that are based on our company's own internal policies and playbooks which has been incredibly helpful.
Cons
The response speed can be a little slow at times but it's still completely acceptable. It seems tied to GPT-4 and the softwares team has been working on it. It has already improved a lot over the past few weeks.
