Pros
CTS has been very dependable and entering new information is simple. It handles what I need it to do without any issues.
Cons
Searching for specific docket numbers has been a real challenge. Even when I know several words from the title of an entry it's still hard to locate unless I have the exact docket number or the very first word of the title.

“versatile patent docketing tools”
Pros
Handling both domestic and international patent and trademark docketing is something this software does really well including support for the required forms. We can rely on their built in forms and still modify them with our own customizations which makes it flexible for the way we work.
Cons
At times it takes some digging to figure out where a specific function is located. The default docketing dates also do not always match what we would consider best practice.
