“Improving collaboration enforcement

Pros

I really appreciate how this all in one product lets me move quickly between tasks. It's been a huge help for team collaboration, making everything run a lot smoother.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit overwhelming at first but there aren't any major issues once you get used to it.

What I really like about this is how well it allows me to collaborate with my team on projects and share documents effortlessly.

It does take a bit of time to get the hang of, so it's important to allow some time for training at the beginning of a project or matter.

My experience with them wasn't great. I contracted for ISA services and while I was promised a clear start date and a set number of calls and hours, none of that was delivered. They kept coming up with excuses, canceling appointments and ignoring my questions. Even when I reached out they made many commitments that never came through.

Cons

They lied and made a lot of empty promises that were never delivered!

I'm impressed with the range of features and there's a lot of room for expanding into new areas which excites me for the future.

Cons

I'm unsure about how its features overlap with existing systems and tailoring due dates and systems feels like it requires extra effort.

One feature I really find useful is the progress tracker and the resources provided. They've been extremely helpful in keeping everything on track.

At first, the integration seemed like it wouldn't be worth the effort but once everything was set up, it definitely paid off.

This app has been such a helpful tool for logging into legal research platforms. I use it regularly to access PLC for legal research and it's been great.

It was a bit tricky to find the Thomson Reuters login page at first.

There's something really satisfying about building a site that's completely customized for a client. They don't have to settle for something generic. The potential for creating unique dashboards and visualizations with iSheets and Rule Builder Workflows is endless and that flexibility is a big win for me.

Cons

Starting out with HighQ can be a bit daunting, especially if you've never seen the product before. Some aspects are not as intuitive as I would have liked.

For me the design is definitely the most useful part. It makes everything easier to use.

the least useful aspect of the product is its expertise.

Some of the login provisions can be long and frustrating but I understand the need for security.

It's a little slow at times and there are occasional crashes but these are very infrequent.

Sharing documents securely with HighQ is simple and I feel confident that my data is safe. I also know that only the users with the right access can view the documents I want them to see.

Cons

Sometimes the software doesn't work like when access to the web browser is down. This is a problem if you need to urgently share large documents with clients.
