Our sales team can tell which companies are checking out our services and without this tool we likely wouldn't spot those potential leads at all. It's easy to use and the notifications have become a key part of how our business operates.

Pros

Found it userfriendly and its so easy to set up a call. The remote control feature also adds a lot of flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting customer issues online. It ends up saving a significant amount of time.

Cons

One thing that still needs improvement is the limit on how many users can join a call, especially when the meeting is meant for a larger audience. Expanding the number of participants allowed per call would make it much better.
