This module covers wage requirements through Business Intelligence reports and supports individual or bulk LCA filing with the Department of Labor. It allows staff members to assign an LCA to an employee, monitor its usage, and retrieve reports. Stakeholder Engagement And Communication
The platform lets clients and partners follow case activity and exchange documents through self-service portals. It provides users with email alerts to keep them informed about deadlines, expiration dates, and compliance requirements. “easy to set up a call”
Pros
Found it userfriendly and its so easy to set up a call. The remote control feature also adds a lot of flexibility when it comes to troubleshooting customer issues online. It ends up saving a significant amount of time.
Cons
One thing that still needs improvement is the limit on how many users can join a call, especially when the meeting is meant for a larger audience. Expanding the number of participants allowed per call would make it much better.
