“virtual card and app services

Having the virtual card available is really useful and the services offered in the app have been very good.

Cons

I haven't run into any issues at all.

clean layout made it simple to use and the whole platform feels very user-friendly. Customer support has also been quick to respond whenever needed which I really appreciate. On top of that they provide several withdrawal options and the exchange rates have felt fair.

Pros

Platform feels simple and there's rarely any need to stop and figure out what to do next. Everything about the UI/UX is laid out clearly and makes the whole experience easy.

Cons

At times the process can take a while from withdrawal through to completion and when an issue comes up, it can leave you stuck for too long especially since there's no clear SLA for getting it resolved.

The customer service has been really good and the transaction process is simple both to implement and to use.

The only downside is that Instacard is not available in my country, India.

Pros

Working remotely has been much better with RemotePass. The platform is very clear overall, especially the interface and user experience, so everything feels well organized and easy to use. Features like transactions, invoices, wallets and currencies are all exactly where you'd expect them to be which makes things quick to find. I use RemotePass almost every day and it's been an excellent website with great integration into the business system.

Cons

One thing I'd still like to see improved is the withdrawal update process. When I withdraw money, it only says that I'll receive it in a certain number of days. It would be much better if there were a live countdown for those days or at least a specific payout date shown, like "you will receive your money on 8/12/2024."

Using it has been convenient and easy. The customer support team is excellent and available anytime which has been really helpful. I also appreciate the feature that gives several options.

Whenever I've had a question, customer support has replied quickly and been very helpful. Everything feels well organized which makes the service easier to use effectively and it also works well for a variety of different purposes.

Up to this point I haven't run into any actual issues. That said, adding more withdrawal methods would make the payout process more flexible and help serve a wider range of users.

Pros

The payout experience has been really smooth with strong withdrawal rates and low charges and keeping funds on a virtual card adds a lot of flexibility.

Cons

One thing I'd really like to see improved is the physical card having the ability to withdraw cash from ATMs. Also, from an insurance point of view, it would be better if medicines were covered too. I have a situation where I buy medicine every month, so having those expenses reimbursed would be very helpful.

Having payments and withdrawal methods all in one place makes things very convenient and the support has been excellent throughout.

Cons

At the moment i haven't run into any real downsides. The only thing that could make it even better would be having a card available for Croatia.

Pros

Handling payments in multiple currencies feels very convenient and keeping funds on the card makes it even more useful.

There's currently no option to receive payments from a bank account into RemotePass.

The onboarding process was easy to follow and the help center has been great with support always responsive and helpful when needed.

Since this was my first time using it I haven't explored the software in much depth yet.

Setup is simple to get through, customer service responds quickly and the verification process feels easier than on most platforms.

There still isn't a really suitable way to withdraw funds quickly and the ETA they provide doesn't seem to be very accurate.

Pros

I've found it to be an excellent patent search tool that works alongside traditional patent databases. It's very reliable for validity and opposition checks. I tend to use it when I need a quick orientation in a new technical area, as an initial search step and also to double-check findings at the end of a search. It has become essential to my workflow.

Cons

Unfortunately, I can't combine research stages within the tool which is a real drawback for me. Because of that limitation, I wasn't able to rely solely on IPRally to carry out a full freedom-to-operate analysis.

“useful search feature

Pros

The search feature makes it relatively simple for me to research patents on my own. It's nice digging into patents myself before I hire a patent attorney.

Cons

There are no downsides that I can mention.
