“excellent experience!”
Pros
I used this for first time last week and it was an excellent experience! It helped me follow the selection process more effectively than anyone else in the room. While the judge and DDA were still relying on sticky notes I was syncing everything between my laptop and tablet which made my setup feel far more dependable. It also gave me extra credibility with potential jurors because I clearly had the more reliable system. I'm definitely looking forward to using it again!
Cons
One thing that would really help is an undo option. If someone accidentally drags a potential juror into the "Hardship" box during a successful "Cause" challenge there should be a one click way to reverse that mistake. An attorney in that situation (definitely not me) would appreciate having that kind of quick fix.
