Kleos Features
Case Management And Calendaring
Kleos centralizes matters, contacts, tasks, and deadlines so teams can view obligations in one workspace. Calendar synchronization and task management help reduce missed dates, while linking emails, notes, and documents to each file speeds retrieval and limits duplicate work across the practice.
Document And Email Management
With Outlook add-ins and structured filing, messages and attachments save to the right matter without leaving the inbox. Versioning and search help find the latest draft quickly. Templates in Word support consistent documents, which shortens drafting time and reduces errors in correspondence and submissions.
Time Tracking And Billing
Timers, captured appointments, and activity codes enable consistent time entry. Billing tools generate itemized invoices and track receivables, giving visibility into realization and aged balances. Managers can review workloads and cash flow without exporting to spreadsheets, which helps firms close the month with fewer manual corrections.
Client Portal And Secure Sharing
Kleos Connect offers a secure place to share documents and messages with clients and third parties. Granular permissions control who can view each file. Real-time notifications show uploads and comments, reducing back and forth and lowering risk from misaddressed emails during active matters.
Microsoft Office Add-Ins And Mobile Access
Office add-ins let users draft in Word and file directly to matters, while Outlook synchronization centralizes emails and calendars. The mobile app keeps schedules and documents available on iOS and Android for quick checks away from the desk. Together, these Kleos features support flexible work without fragmenting information.

“Great cloud features but slow”
Pros
I am happy with Kleos. It does everything it's supposed to and does it really well. Since switching to the cloud environment, I've been loving the automatic time tracking and the overall look and feel.
Cons
A downside is that Kleos can sometimes be slow. Some features feel a bit limited, and there are plenty of opportunities for improvement, like better integration with other software
