A few people on the support team get back to you quickly, know what they're doing and are genuinely helpful when assistance is needed.
Cons
Proceed with caution as some support staff can be careless and unprofessional and they may even go behind your back to complain about you to your boss. The site also does not say that it follows Department of Justice guidance for ADA website accessibility or ADA best-practice standards. Whether the ADA fully applies to the site may still be unclear but the provider should still make accessibility compliance a priority.
