“fantastic legal workflow upgrade”
Pros
Since switching to LawApp in February 2024 after working with Leap and FilePro, the difference has been really positive. As it includes both general and trust accounting and the setup process along with generating legal documents from the template database works very well. I can also add standard documents into my first-day and contact emails which has been really useful because it helps make sure I never miss attaching cyber warnings, general information sheets or client checklists. Another big plus is being able to reach support staff and talk things through while I am actually working on an issue. With other providers, I often had to send an email and just hope I'd hear back that same day. I'd absolutely recommend LawApp.
Cons
As with any changeover it took a little time to adjust to it after being used to other systems but once that initial learning period passes, it becomes clear that it can actually improve the way you work and save both time and effort.
