“Very thorough & effective”
Pros
We absolutely love how easy It is to use. All the info we need is right at our fingertips. We were using an outdated system before but now, with Law Ruler it feels like we've been using it for years. The team is always coming up with new ideas that boost our productivity and client satisfaction.
Cons
There's not much I miss from our old database software but we had this awesome feature that would alert all internal users about issues. If Law Ruler could add something like that it would be super helpful.

Pros
As someone who works as an operations consultant for law firms, I really appreciate the reporting capabilities and the ease of use. It is so easy to use and the reporting features just keep getting better.
Cons
We'd love to see more customizable reporting, especially for things like calculating and displaying rates and conversion rates automatically.

“Excellent for handling mass torts”
Pros
It has been great for keeping our mass tort cases organized and it's so easy to send files to co-counsel.
Cons
We use G Suite and since Law Ruler doesn't sync with Gmail or Google Docs and that's probably what I like least about it.

“Game-changer solution”
Pros
The way Law Ruler automates lead capture is top-notch. It integrates with all of our referral sources (website forms, paid leads, live chat, etc.) and gets in touch with leads instantly. plus clients get a text number to communicate with us 24/7, which has been a game-changer, especially with clients not wanting to come into the office as much these days. Their settlement wizards are awesome too, making the distribution process easy and transparent. Clients can even approve settlements right from their phones or computers. Law Ruler is all about innovation and the updates just keep coming, making it even better. It's truly become the heart of my law firm.
Cons
Aside from a few bugs and glitches here and there and I've actually been really impressed with the software.

Pros
We absolutely love that Law Ruler combines both intake and case management in one software. Everything is under one roof! And the interface is super user-friendly. The support team is also incredible and always there when we need them.
Cons
The automations and dialer take some time to get used to but once you do, they're pretty handy.

“Top legal software for our practice”
Pros
We've been loving the built-in smart dialer. It helps prioritize our leads and it's really helped us grow the firm. It is so easy to use, which is great since our whole team works virtually now. And since I'm not the most tech-savvy, I had Law Ruler handle all the integrations with my vendors. It saved me so much time and made everything run smoothly.
Cons
We tried two other software systems before Law Ruler and they both failed to fit our workflow. They were nice to look at, but the big difference with Law Ruler is that they worked with me to make it fit how we do business and it was done in a month. The others just tried to force us into their system and it didn't work at all.

“Exceptional customer service”
Pros
I highly recommend Law Ruler to other attorneys because of their exceptional service. Whenever I send in a ticket, I get a callback usually within 30 minutes and it's always the same support agent. Honestly their customer support is way better than anything I've experienced with other tech partners.
Cons
My only complaint is that new tabs pop up more than I'd like but honestly it's a small thing. I'm just mentioning it because you asked.
