great pricing and helpful support

Pros

The pricing, helpful support team and simple document handling are what I like most. Working with Gretchen Sadorf has been amazing too as she has been incredibly supportive.

Cons

Setting up the intake forms had a bit of a learning curve but once I got familiar with the process, it became simple. Now keeping track of all my necessary information is completely effortless.

Simple to navigate with powerful search

Pros

It is simple to navigate, the support is high-quality and the search function is powerful. The automations are powerfull too, plus it works seamlessly with other software and the Dialpad integration is excellent.

Cons

Our firm was disappointed by the lack of a direct connection with�Monday.com.�Since we moved to that platform, we found it does not integrate as seamlessly as we had hoped it would.

Solid but could be better.

Pros

Setting up the different intake case types was easy. I had everything up and running in no time, with zero problem.

Cons

The setup is a bit clunky and the automation can get really choppy at times.

Hands down, the best CRM

Pros

Honestly, I love how simple this software is to use and it's totally customizable to fit whatever my firm needs at any given moment. The customer support? Best I've ever dealt with.

Cons

I really wish there was a way to store, edit and send standard responses that we send via text. That would save a lot of time.

We can track everything

Pros

I'm a big fan of having all client records in one place. It's so easy to track where each case is in the process and set up follow-ups that actually work for us. It has been amazing in helping our team with business cases and showing us how to use Law Ruler to its full potential. The support team is fast and they usually fix any issues in one or two contacts. The dialer is a game-changer too, keeping everything in one place.

Cons

The calendar is missing some key features like recurring reminders and events, which would be super helpful.

Very happy with the service

Pros

The best part of using this software has definitely been working with my account manager. They're always available to explain things, answer my questions and are super generous with their time. The software itself is fantastic for tracking our marketing campaigns and I love how it automatically sends text and email replies to our clients.

Cons

We're still trying to figure out the best way to send documents to clients for e-signature. It's a bit tricky.

Works great for my practice

Pros

My team is totally on board with the software. The workflows are exactly what we were hoping for and the document automation is so simple to use.

Cons

I'm not a huge fan of all the tabs it opens in my browser but that's more of a personal preference. It does make it easier to get back to the main screen by closing them, though.

Pros

The customization options are awesome and it's so easy for me to track my team's progress.

Cons

There's no Dropbox integration, which is a bit annoying. The notifications are super bothersome too and there's no way to fix that.

It's honestly the best. They've been incredibly helpful every step of the way, answering all my questions, guiding us through any issues and offering solutions that actually work.

Cons

Pros

Fantastic solution

Pros

I love how it handles lead generation, monitoring, case conversion, automations, text messaging and a ton of customization options.

Cons

The email, calendar system, and case monitoring are all good once leads are converted. But the lack of integration with Dropbox or other third-party providers is a downside.

Amazing support team

Pros

I've been using Law Ruler for over five years and it's been a game-changer. It has allowed our office to handle client intakes and send e-sign documents with ease. It's made our intake process so much smoother, allowing us to do more intakes and sign-ups. The customer service is top-notch. Hillel Charm, my account manager, worked closely with me every week to set up custom intakes and e-sign docs. They're always available when I need help. I highly recommend Law Ruler for any intake and case management needs.

Cons

It doesn't integrate with all third-party vendors, which can be frustrating.

Best choice for startups

Pros

It has been amazing for client management! We've got everything, forms, documents, texts, right in one spot. It's so easy to send clients through the system and track what needs to be done to wrap up their cases. The support team is fantastic too! Our Account Manager has been super helpful. If we ever need a big change, have a question or run into an issue, he's always on top of it.

Cons

There are a lot of features in the software, which made it a bit hard to use at first. But after a week, I was pretty comfortable with it, and now it's easy to use.

Perfect tool for streamlining intake

Pros

Before we started using Law Ruler, everything was done manually, even sending out retainers. It has completely changed how we operate, saving us tons of time and frustration. While we don't use it for case management, I know they've made some huge improvements there too. I even know a lawyer who switched to Law Ruler for everything after moving away from their old case management system.

Cons

The fact that it's not integrated with Needles Neos yet is a bit of a bummer but I know that's not really Law Ruler's fault.

Pros

Lead automation has been a huge time-saver for us, ensuring no leads slip through the cracks. As a new user, I'm still exploring all the features but the support team has been awesome in helping us get set up.

Cons

The lack of OneDrive integration is the only thing I've found missing so far but I heard they're adding it soon.

Very practical system

Pros

For me the most useful features of Law Ruler are automation and marketing source integration. They've made a huge difference for us.

Cons

It could really use spell check and I'd love to see it integrate with Google Maps. That would make adding client addresses a lot more accurate.

Love using Law Ruler

Pros

It's been super easy to use and I'm still integrating it into my business. So far, everything's been great. My account manager has been incredibly helpful. He's patient and really knows his stuff. I also love that Law Ruler is built specifically for law firms it's got everything I need to make my business run smoother and more profitably.

Cons

It does take a lot of work upfront to customize it for your business but I've found that the more effort I put in the more useful it becomes for my firm. So far I'm pretty impressed.
