It is simple to navigate, the support is high-quality and the search function is powerful. The automations are powerfull too, plus it works seamlessly with other software and the Dialpad integration is excellent.
Cons
Our firm was disappointed by the lack of a direct connection with�Monday.com.�Since we moved to that platform, we found it does not integrate as seamlessly as we had hoped it would.
