“Locates and organizes files simply

Pros

I've really been enjoying this app. It makes locating my files so simple and being able to organize PDFs into categories has truly simplified my workflow and daily tasks.

Cons

the biggest drawback is when the app doesn't connect smoothly, so I can end up wasting hours trying to get it to work properly, which is frustrating.

“Eliminates paper and organizes well

Pros

I appreciate how it has essentially eliminated our reliance on paper files and made physical records unnecessary. It's a fantastic organizational tool.

Cons

Unfortunately, we couldn't run it on Mac computers and that caused issues for a number of people in our office. It also needs to handle much larger file sizes.

“No errors but a bit hard to learn

Pros

I didn't face any errors while installing it and I appreciate that it supports working with multiple different databases as well.

Cons

Honestly, learning this software wasn't simple for me. Also, the user interface needs an update since it feels quite dated now.

It's very easy to use, the consultations were thorough and my manager was always on hand to help.

There's nothing about the program that bothers me, I couldn't find anything I disliked.

Pros

I find a lot of the functions in this program genuinely helpful for legal work. It lets me upload and manage documents, keep client records, record billable hours and handle other routine tasks.

Cons

For me, it isn't very interactive and demands a lot more time to learn and become proficient with than most other software I've used. On top of that, the design feels quite dated and the interface reminds me of Windows XP rather than anything resembling a contemporary app.

“A Dropbox style right from Outlook

Pros

I like that it includes a Dropbox-style feature I can use directly from Outlook.

Cons

Sometimes I find that documents aren't sorted chronologically which makes it really hard for me to locate the newest version quickly.

Pros

Overall, I thought it was fairly mediocre across most features but I did notice good synchronization with Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Acrobat.

It is really hard to learn and use even though I'm fairly tech-savvy and the reporting capabilities were awful.

It is very user-friendly and simple to pick up and I've been able to move completely to a paperless setup with this program, which has saved me both time and money.

Whenever I move data from one file to another, I struggle with moving email messages because the system forces me to transfer them individually which eats up a lot of my time, I wish LF would add an option to migrate multiple emails in one action so I don't have to repeat the process over and over and that would be a tremendous help ,thanks.

“Essential Outlook fit for small firms

Pros

Outlook integration is essential to my workflow. On top of that, I felt it stays light and doesn't swamp the user which makes it an excellent fit for small to mid-sized law firms. If a firm is much larger, they might prefer software that feels more feature-heavy and complex.

Cons

However, I noticed the platform's features don't behave the same across its different versions, such as the web interface compared with the PC client which leads to inconsistent functionality and occasional confusion during daily use.

One thing I really like about this software is how it alignes collaboration at our office because every document for every case we handle is accessible to everyone on the team, so I don't have to send files to colleagues, they just need some time to get comfortable with the system.

Cons

I found it pretty confusing at the beginning to figure out all the features of the software but like with most tools, it simply took a bit of time and regular use before everything started making sense and became easy to use.

I have found the new web-based platform really simple to use and it lets me work from anywhere.

In the web-based version, I can't open multiple windows at once which makes multitasking and switching between tasks difficult.

As a legal professional, I find this tool incredibly helpful in my work. It does require a bit of time to learn but once I've mastered it, it becomes fantastic. I particularly love the reminder system & they are very reliable and I can also send reminders to colleagues.

Cons

Its quite difficult to use at first. In my experience, it helps to imagine the interface like a traditional paper folder with separate tabs for each section. It does take a little while to get used to navigating it, yet overall I think it's excellent.

1. For me, it runs on multiple databases so I can work across different DBs easily. 2. Their customer service is excellent, I found the support team very responsive and helpful. 3. I also received on-site training as part of the package and that made the rollout much smoother for my team. 4. It's simple to learn and use, so I picked it up quickly without any difficulty. 5. Once the installation was finished, it has been completely error-free in my experience.

Cons

1. I think the user interface feels a bit dated while I personally had no trouble picking it up and understanding how it works, it doesn't feel like a modern, 21st-century design.
