Having everything, contracts, training agreements, even proposals, in one place aligns my workflow. Uploading annotated Word documents and converting them into smart templates saves an enormous amount of time.

After the latest updates the whole platform initially feels overwhelming to me. The written documentation for certain capabilities is still being completed but I do find there are plenty of helpful videos, tutorial sessions and a step-by-step guided tour inside the app. You really need some prior experience setting up systems like this and be prepared to spend time experimenting if you want to build complex workflows. In my experience careful planning is crucial yet often neglected and if someone skips the guided walkthrough they can easily end up spending a great deal of time just learning how the system works.
