“smooth workflows with secure collaboration”
Pros
Using this platform feels natural, workflows are smooth and real-time collaboration with colleagues makes a huge difference. I also like signing documents electronically, it's faster than handwriting signatures. Contract management is great because everything is stored centrally and with secure servers and encryption, I feel confident my data is protected. It integrates well with other tools making it easy to fit into existing routines. Overall it simplifies and automates document tasks reliably and I often recommend it to colleagues.
Cons
I've enjoyed using this software overall but there are a few aspects that bother me. Some parts of the platform could be more user-friendly, at times it's tricky to locate specific information or to work with more advanced functions. People have mentioned that the pricing feels steep which may be a real issue for smaller teams with limited budgets. The software has experienced glitches in the past but the support team has generally responded quickly and resolved them. Even so, occasional outages or bugs have impacted my work at times and slowed down my productivity. Those interruptions can be frustrating during deadlines and they sometimes force me to spend extra time troubleshooting or waiting. unfortunately.
