“Simply amazing
Pros
I really like the value. I was using a different company before and loved the service they provided but when I found out about LEX Reception, I scheduled a meeting to learn more. It turned out they could offer comparable service for about 25% less than what I was paying. I also like how responsive they are to my needs and feedback.
Cons
At times it gets difficult to get the receptionists to pronounce things correctly. Other than that everything else is fine.

“Perfect for small firms
Pros
They answer my calls, set appointments and free up my time to focus on legal matters. The management team is really responsive and they customize the script exactly how I want. Also I use the app on my phone to return calls if needed and I can even send texts to callers. My assistant and I can also take notes in the app so we can both keep track of what the other has done.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike. It works just how I expected and even better.

Pros
It is really useful to see the message, have the call integrate with my practice management software and be able to listen to the call.
Cons
The scripting is not perfect but with the human touch, it is still pretty good.
