The user interface is pretty great as it is so simple that I feel like even people with minimal technical knowledge can easily navigate it.
Cons

Pros
Lexion AI's ability to pull data is simply the best. It really saves me time and reduces the hassle of manual data entry. Plus the flexibility to adjust repository data and add fields when needed is awesome.
Cons
As with anything new it takes a bit of time to get the hang of things. Also it would be helpful for us if there were ways to reduce the number of emails the system generates.

Pros
Moving from a fully manual CMS to Lexion was a huge leap forward. The AI is really user-friendly and one of my favorite parts is the customer service team. They are always available to help and have taken on a lot of our team's suggestions for system improvements.
Cons
It is an amazing software overall but the automations and workflows took a bit of our time getting used to.

“Truly exceptional
Pros
Lexion is hands down the best contract management system I have used. Plus setting it up was quick and easy and I find it so user-friendly. Their customer service team is also top-notch.
Cons
Two things I wish were different with. Like for now there is no option to prevent users from adding signed contracts to the repository and there is no way to rearrange documents before sending them for signature with Dropbox Sign integration. I hope they make updated in a manner that we able to do that.

“The simplest CLM to set up and use
Pros
The implementation process is lightning fast. Thanks to the pre built fields and document types, the setup process also went was smooth and our sales teams were up and running with very little guidance.
Cons
Some features could use a little more polish. For instance there is no option available to limit who can upload signed contracts. As we love to restrict that to legal or admin users but that is not an option right now.

“Offers the best support
Pros
What I love most about Lexion is that we no longer deal with constant complaints about our contract repository. The interface is simple to use and the AI-driven metadata extraction makes searching and reporting so much more detailed. Before the system was clunky and we did not even have metadata but now it is so much easier to find what we need. I also appreciate that the person who runs the implementation continues as our CSM so we do not have to keep explaining how we use the tool.
Cons
Aside from a few minor feature requests we have not had any major issues yet.

Pros
Onboarding was very easy for my team. Also the platform's intuitive nature made it simple to learn and features like messaging, e-signature integration and contract status tracking are incredibly powerful, especially for solo attorneys like me working with multiple teams.
Cons
One issue I noticed is that it does not integrate immediately with Asana or a billing solution right out of the box.

The way contract review and management work together in this platform is simply amazing. But for now this is the only thing I like about it.
Cons
I have lost some email threads when merging tasks which is a bit annoying.

Pros
Setting up automations for agreements and managing settings for templates, users and other organizational needs is now a simple task. Also the integration with email is proven really useful to me for keeping all the info in one place.
Cons
There are a few features that could use some betterment especially when it comes to filing completed agreements. Also I love to see more automation options.

Pros
Lexion is highly user friendly and is the perfect tool to track contracts, legal requests and task progress. With it our small legal team is able to stay on top of each other's tasks which improves communication. Plus the AI integration has definitely helped us work more efficiently. Also their customer support is outstanding as they always ask for feedback and make sure we are up to date with the latest features.
Cons
Well the document repository can be a bit difficult to navigate. Also I noticed searching for documents can take time especially if naming conventions and similar details were not set up properly from the start. Also as a newer platform there are occasional bugs and missing features but I have found that feedback from users helps them prioritize fixes for upcoming updates.

Pros
It is easy to set up, learn and use and it integrates well with other tools we use in our business. Also it is now the go to task management solution for our legal team. Our support rep is responsive and always quick to help.
Cons
Some tools like Google Docs do not have full integrations yet. Also there are a few smart, automated features that I feel like could really benefit from being more customizable.

Well I love how Lexion is a one stop solution that handles everything from contract review to repository management. The interface is so intuitive and easy to use which is essential since I use it daily. The workflow automation is also works as a huge time saver for us especially for tracking approvals and key metrics.
Cons
We miss a few features from our old system like automatically saving draft messages in a task if you accidentally close it. As I have lost a few lengthy emails with legal analysis because of this.

Pros
Implementing and iterating on workflows and intakes without needing third party contractors is so easy. This is a major competitive advantage over other CLM tools I have used before. Also the platform works as our legal operating system covering everything from matter management to version control and negotiation. Other competitors focus on just contracts which means you need extra resources. Its Word plugin is also fantastic for managing version control and ensuring everything is updated. The licensing structure offers amazing value for the price and business adoption has been simple due to the ease of use and multiple intake options. The metadata extraction via AI is solid though there are some limitations when dealing with AI. However overall Lexion positions it as a useful tool, not a set it and forget it type of one. The constant system improvements and reliability have made it even better and reliable for us.
Cons
I really wish AI Contract Assist was included in the subscription plan.
