Tasks are well-organized, making it easy to see what's new, in progress, or pending. The ability to add summaries helps everyone quickly grasp the task's purpose and any updates. It also keeps track of time spent on tasks, making workload management much smoother. The new AI powered feature is a great addition, helping to generate ideas and speed up processes.

All the info cannot be entered into a single document at once and the process happens in multiple steps.

We've been using App4Legal (A4L) since June 2020 and it has completely transformed the way we organize our office. We would recommend it without a doubt. The software is easy to learn and use. A4L also integrates smoothly with MS Outlook through A4O and supports various Microsoft applications and calendars. The developers have done an outstanding job and we've had an excellent experience using it.
