Being able to fully customize the platform with our own branding has been the biggest advantage for us. From the logo to the domain, everything matches our business well which adds a very professional feel when working with clients. it's also very accessible so clients can join meetings without confusion or having to deal with complicated steps. On top of that the audio and video quality has been consistently reliable which is really important for keeping communication clear and uninterrupted. The interface is easy too so even people who aren't very technical can use it without much trouble.
Cons
it�works well overall but there are still a few areas that could be improved. The customization features are useful though�it�would be even better if they offered more flexibility. The mobile experience could also be a bit more refined and performance can sometimes depend heavily on internet stability which may affect meeting quality in certain situations.

From the branding side, this platform works very well for us. Being able to use our own logo, colors and domain makes every virtual meeting feel professional and much more aligned with our business identity. Client access is simple and the video and audio quality are both very good. it's also easy to use which makes adoption easier for our team and clients.
