“Saves the day
Pros
I use it almost every day to review contracts and it saves me so much time. Also it makes the whole contract review process quick and efficient. It even helps with version control.
Cons
At times, the program freezes when running a comparison but the good thing is that it is usually fixed quickly by restarting. So I have nothing major to share.

Pros
Litera Compare is very easy to use and highly intuitive. The best part about it is being able to compare documents from different Microsoft 365 products. And the comparisons it generates are always clear and it even manages to break down complicated PDFs for the comparison, which is really useful.
Cons
There is nothing I dislike about it. It does exactly what I need and does it well every time.

Litera Compare is an awesome tool for comparing documents. Unlike many others, it can compare both Word documents and PDFs. Also I find it really easy to use.

Pros
The legends are quite detailed, clear and pretty simple. Overall it works fine for me.
Cons
Well one thing I have noticed is that the comparison generated in Word's track changes does not always work perfectly once moved to and processed in Microsoft Word.

It is so easy to use and is perfect for me in learning how to review contracts and make language changes.
Cons
The Workshare Compare software I used only worked well when comparing two Microsoft Word documents. Other formats did not perform as well.

“Top document comparison tool
Pros
Our company uses Workshare mainly for document comparison. It has really strong tools for comparing different versions and proofreading files in Word, PDF and other formats. Plus it offers a lot of customization options for document security, permission controls and secure sharing. Also it has become an essential part of our workflow.
Cons
The only downside we have experienced with the tool is that PDF comparisons are not great. They often need other programs to OCR/clean up a PDF before using it with Workshare Compare.

Workshare Compare is solid software that makes managing files much easier. Also it is the best for accessing our files from anywhere and sharing them with colleagues or friends.

It is quite easy to compare documents and compile them. And after comparing, I found there are lots of ways to save or send the compared document to someone else if needed.
Cons
Well it is not the best software for comparing spreadsheets as I found them messy. And at times it is a bit slow when saving to PDF.

Pros
I find it simple and easy to use. Also it is awesome because it is fast and provides great results that can be quickly shared with others.
Cons
Occasionally the integration with email software was a bit clunky but I would say it was not a huge issue and did not affect overall performance.
