“billing issues and no support”
Pros
The platform itself felt very user-friendly. I never made it to the actual notarization process though because a billing problem came up first.
Cons
Customer support was not helpful at all. While setting up the account, I accidentally chose two seats even though I am the only notary and only needed one. Since nobody was able to fixit, I ended up canceling my subscription.
