“Incredible flexibility and thorough documentation
Pros
Flexibility here is incredible, tons of options to customize everything exactly how I need it. Documentation is thorough and both the community and customer support are top notch. There's definitely a learning curve at first but once I get the hang of it, managing everything becomes really easy. Implementation was surprisingly quick, just took a few steps to get up and running. Plus, the Outlook integration adds some nice extra functionality.
Cons
Can feel pretty confusing when I am just starting out. You'll definitely want some training before diving in and trying to manage everything, there's a lot to learn upfront.

“easy implementation with extra security
Pros
I've been using this for nearly 15 years and can vouch for how easy implementation, configuration and administration really are. The extra security layers it provides beyond what I get with first party email platforms is incredible. I wouldn't even consider running a mail environment without having this protection in place.
Cons
I think the role based access control features could use some major improvements.

“Runs smoothly with helpful documentation
Pros
Once everything's configured, it runs smoothly without any issue for me or my team. The documentation they provide is really helpful, I managed to get it implemented for our organization without needing to contact support at all.
Cons
There's definitely a learning curve here and the interface feels pretty outdated with tons of menus and sub menus to dig through. Once I spend some time with it though, I do get familiar with where everything is located.

“Great detection rates and updates
Pros
The detection rates are great and I rarely deal with false positives. I like that updates roll out regularly with fresh features and new capabilities. The Outlook integration works really well for my workflow.
Cons
In my opinion updated menu design and cosmetic changes on the admin side aren't always improvements, some actually make things significantly harder to navigate.

“secure email gateway for all setups
Pros
I really appreciate how this works as a secure email gateway that covers both our on premises setup and cloud based email systems.
Cons
The only negative point I noticed that admin console can be sluggish at times, even though it's feature rich.

“easy integration with this tool
Pros
Integration with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 was easy for me and there are plenty of policy configuration options to work with.
Cons
Sometimes I think the Outlook 365 add-in keeps having connection problems and the mobile app does too.

“excellent email protection features
Pros
What I appreciate most about this platform is the extensive range of email protection features it offers. The filtering and blocking capabilities against spam and malware have been incredibly helpful in my experience. The easy attachment and URL scanning gives me confidence that all email threats are properly handled. It also ensures our data stays secure during operations which has been a real advantage for our team.
Cons
The main problem I've encountered is how often it flags legitimate emails as threats. This creates constant delays and arguments when important messages get quarantined, causing unnecessary chaos in our daily operations. The sheer volume of false positives has seriously impacted our workflow since we're constantly having to review flagged emails. It's particularly frustrating for me when communicating with clients and partners, especially when we're working against tight deadlines and can't afford these disruptions.
