“confusing workflow wasted time”

So i can go around between tabs and it works, the dashboards with favourite matters are okay too.
Cons
A big frustration is not being able to drag documents straight into emails or other documents like we could in the old ALB. cause of that, every task takes much longer and I do not want to keep emailing items out or saving them as drafts just to work around it. It really feels like the system was not designed by someone who actually uses it day to day. Some actions need a double-click, while others are a single click followed by clicking 'ok', which makes the whole system feel inconsistent, confusing and slow. Time recording is also not shown in date order when opening the timesheet, so it is hard to quickly check whether you have just entered time for something, such as receiving an email, cause you cannot tell if the entry was just done or if it is one from earlier in the day since everything shifts around. Another issue is that you cannot set different sorting preferences for different folders. For example, I want my folders in alphabetical order but documents within emails in date order, yet changing one setting changes everything. The old ALB let you keep separate settings for each area. Time recording also takes longer cause you have to go into an attendance note and then record time separately in the tab, selecting the dates twice, just so the note stays on the file and still goes through to billing. Overall, it is very time-consuming and far from streamlined.

“Easy document organization”
Pros
The system has worked reliably right from when I started. It connects to the database quickly, which makes it very accessible from almost anywhere as long as there's an internet connection. Creating and organizing documents is also simple and convenient.
Cons
Email handling and access still need some improvement and the reminders system especially could use more work.
