Haven't found anything wrong everything seems to be working well and I don't have any complaints.

“Great for organizing and finding contracts
Pros
It really simplifies organizing, storing and locating our contracts. The interface feels interactive and the powerful search filters save me a ton of time when I am dealing with a huge contract library. I particularly value the automated reminders and the reporting tools because they help our team stay on top of deadlines and meet compliance obligations. Uploading and tagging documents is simple too which makes it much easier to bring new team members up to speed.
Cons
Although it does a solid job handling contracts I wish integrations with other enterprise systems were smoother. Some of the customization options feel a bit restrictive especially when I'm trying to adapt dashboards for different teams. On top of that the initial setup took more hand-holding than I expected and I would like to see more comprehensive training resources to speed up adoption across the organization.

“secure and organized system
Pros
At QueensCare we really value ContractWorks' folder organization, we can create a dedicated folder for each department, control who gets access and set viewing-only permissions for those who only need to look at documents which helps keep things secure across our staff. I also like the e-signature capability, once documents are signed we can automatically file them into their proper folders and this has become an important safety control that alignes our workflow and keeps our records tidy.
Cons
We don't have any complaints at the moment. Everything seems to be working well for us and the features are reliable. The interface feels interactive and simple to use so we haven't run into issues so far.

“A smart tagging and filing tool
Pros
its flexible tagging feature lets me keep tabs on almost any piece of information inside a contract that I might ever want to monitor. I also appreciate that it adapts to my tagging patterns and starts auto-filling tags by scanning my documents on my behalf.
Cons
So far I haven't found any issues or problems with this program.

“slow and frustrating tool
Pros
No positives to mention. I don't find it makes managing contracts any easier. I can't quickly create, monitor and handle all my agreements from a single place and on top of that it doesn't offer reporting or analytics tools that I need to analyze contract data.
Cons
using it feels tedious because there isn't a proper user interface and I often run into slow support responses and frequent glitches which combine to make the whole experience frustrating, plus the scarce customization options limit the flexibility I need for contract work.

“Makes contract work feel messy
Pros
I am finding Onit Catalyst for Contracts should be much more user-friendly and interactive. It's difficult to use. The interface turns contract management into a chaotic task. Because dashboards aren't customizable, I can't get a clear overview of all contract details which means important things can easily fall through the cracks.
Cons
the automated workflows make contract management more complicated and end up using a lot of my time. The reporting and analytics are weak so they don't give me the actionable insights I need to make informed decisions.

“Complicates & slows down work
Pros
It is hard to use because its layout isn't interactive and it has made managing contracts more complicated. Everything ends up feeling disorganized in one spot and the automation tools are fairly limited and they ended up taking up a great deal of my time.
Cons
Not being able to collaborate smoothly with my team or track progress in real time has been a real drawback for me. I feel Onit Catalyst for Contracts has made our contract management process more complicated.

“An amazing and supportive system
Pros
I'm impressed with how amazing the software is and the support team is outstanding. Andrew has been especially helpful ,he's patient, friendly, explains things clearly and knows his stuff. When he can't resolve an issue himself, he takes it up internally and gets back to me promptly with an answer. The tools and report features are simple to use and I can build what I need without issue. One feature I appreciate is being able to set a reporting frequency for the reports we run regularly in our office. Scheduling reports to run and be emailed automatically has freed up time letting me concentrate on cases that need more of my attention.
Cons
I can't think of anything about this software that I dislike. Also CW seems receptive to feedback from regular users and is open to adding features we'd like to see down the road so I feel heard and optimistic about future improvements.

“best choice for easy contract checks
Pros
For me it makes checking contracts a lot easier. It hooks into systems such as CRM and ERP and the AI-powered tool is very user-friendly.
Cons
It lacks customization for contract formatting and I don't have enough control over the reviewing process overall.

“Powerful but not a full CLM
Pros
I have noticed the updated dashboard gives me way more customization so I can set up views by department, project or even specific risk categories. The alerting has also improved and it now handles multi-trigger rules like 'notify me 90 days before and if unexecuted.'
Cons
I feel it's best suited for basic to mid-level contract management and in my experience ContractWorks doesn't match the sophistication of full CLM systems (for example Onit CLM or competitors such as Ironclad) when you need things like automated clause negotiation, flexible redlining tools or highly flexible workflow building. The reporting is decent but I would love more drag-and-drop or no-code dashboard creation because exporting complex reports often means I need admin support or workarounds.
