“Great for organizing and finding contracts”
Pros
It really simplifies organizing, storing and locating our contracts. The interface feels interactive and the powerful search filters save me a ton of time when I am dealing with a huge contract library. I particularly value the automated reminders and the reporting tools because they help our team stay on top of deadlines and meet compliance obligations. Uploading and tagging documents is simple too which makes it much easier to bring new team members up to speed.
Cons
Although it does a solid job handling contracts I wish integrations with other enterprise systems were smoother. Some of the customization options feel a bit restrictive especially when I'm trying to adapt dashboards for different teams. On top of that the initial setup took more hand-holding than I expected and I would like to see more comprehensive training resources to speed up adoption across the organization.

“secure and organized system”
Pros
At QueensCare we really value ContractWorks' folder organization, we can create a dedicated folder for each department, control who gets access and set viewing-only permissions for those who only need to look at documents which helps keep things secure across our staff. I also like the e-signature capability, once documents are signed we can automatically file them into their proper folders and this has become an important safety control that alignes our workflow and keeps our records tidy.
Cons
We don't have any complaints at the moment. Everything seems to be working well for us and the features are reliable. The interface feels interactive and simple to use so we haven't run into issues so far.
