“Excellent NDA analysis
Pros
Quite efficient to work with them... and the platform is simple to use. The NDA analysis is high quality and the communication around potential issues is excellent. Their team is also very responsive and shows a strong understanding of our business and what we need.
Cons
There is very little to dislike. The service could be seen as expensive but considering everything it delivers, I'd still say it offers good value.

“Efficient CA review workflow
Pros
Sharing a CA is as simple as sending an email and the team does a really good job following our pre-set guidelines and calling out any question marks. The process is simple to pick up and it's also easy to work with the team when some back-and-forth is needed.
Cons
It can take a while to process CAs at times although it's understandable since it can be difficult for them to judge how quickly we need the documents reviewed.
