“Quick setup, great service!
Pros
I got everything set up and running very quickly. The interface is friendly and smooth and their customer support has been both responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
As a user, I have noticed that it doesn't consistently back up every image or render every page flawlessly and I suspect the difficulty stems from trying to aggregate content across multiple sources without direct back-end access.

“Retrieval is brilliantly simple
Pros
It has turned webpage archiving into something I hardly need to think about because the vendor handles the heavy lifting and leaves me to focus on other tasks. They keep the process simple, retrieval is equally uncomplicated and the whole archive is organized within an desktop manager where I can browse captures from any date I choose. The main interface displays all data in a format that's immediately actionable and their support team is outstanding. I've called them on multiple occasions and consistently received timely follow-up calls.
Cons
I find the Facebook component frustrating because it forces me to revalidate my firm's Facebook credentials every sixty days which in practice requires that I actively reconnect the account about every eight weeks, if I miss that confirmation window even once, I lose the ability to archive anything from Facebook until the connection is reestablished.

“remarkably simple to deploy and use
Pros
This tool is remarkably simple to deploy and use and although my organization is presently partnered with Arkovi who have experienced numerous problems of late, we intend to migrate to it when scheduling permits.
Cons
While it's a bit pricier than Arkovi, I believe the additional cost is justified by the value provided.

“accurate but can get pricey
Pros
We found it to be highly flexible in accommodating several specific requirements when we needed to archive two websites before undertaking a complete re-platforming and overhaul. The resulting captures were faithful to the originals and easy to consult whenever we had to examine prior content or test historical functionality.
Cons
I did find that costs can escalate quickly if you're managing multiple locales and languages, since it treats each as a distinct site for billing purposes and although our situation only required a single instance which kept expenditures manageable, others with broader international needs might face significantly higher fees.

“All my social media in one place
Pros
What I like most is that I can view every one of my social media accounts in a single dashboard and I also value that you are able to modify the time range to suit specific needs. additionally it's convenient that the product ties into Global Relay which is where we archive our email, so once again it's helpful to have everything consolidated in one place and I like that it displays a chart showing the number of posts per day.
Cons
I absolutely despise having to reconnect my Facebook page so frequently because it forces me to reauthorize the site every few days.

“best for capturing edited posts
Pros
During my evaluation of leading social media archiving platforms, it stood out as the sole solution that preserves edited posts which is crucial for my work and it was likewise the only vendor actively archiving NextDoor, a platform we are currently evaluating for inclusion; they provide website archiving too and although I do not require that capability at the moment, I appreciate knowing it's an option.
Cons
I find the back end somewhat more cumbersome than Archive Social's interface, yet despite being a bit clunkier in operation it continues to meet my requirements effectively.

“minimal upkeep after setup
Pros
For our organization, it delivers a no-fuss, low-maintenance archiving solution that once configured, requires very little ongoing attention or administration. when social networks like Facebook, LinkedIn or others change their platforms or policies, the PageFreezer team is quick to send clear, precise, step-by-step instructions so we can keep the service running without disruption.
Cons
Because the platform is designed to be largely 'set and forget', I habitually neglect to periodically examine the captures it saves, it would be beneficial if the product offered an automated reminder or alert to prompt me to review archived data at regular intervals.

“greater speed and functionality
Pros
I've noticed significantly faster performance and enhanced functionality and the platform feels considerably more resilient while offering a much broader set of features and capabilities.
Cons
Adjusting to the new interface required a bit of patience on my part, although I recognize that this is common when adopting any newly released product.

“Handles our advisory firm needs
Pros
As an investment advisory firm, we find that it enables us to reliably and effortlessly archive our social media activity across platforms, allowing us to meet a substantial portion of our regulatory compliance obligations.
Cons
However I've observed that a recurring hiccup arises because Facebook periodically demands manual intervention from us to keep page archiving functioning correctly which can be inconvenient.
