my essential daily archiving tool

Pros

As someone who relies on PageFreezer daily, I find it to be an outstanding and simple solution, combining excellent usability with very fast web-capture performance, it makes organizing archived content simple and very easy and on the rare occasions, I need help their customer support responds promptly and helpfully.

Cons

In my experience, I have not yet discovered any significant drawbacks or issues with the software, so I cannot point to any notable negatives to report.

Great support for tricky logins

Pros

We've found the support team to be consistently responsive and capable of handling every request we've submitted, including the frequent password changes for our website which they process via ticket without any complications and with prompt assistance and the graphical user interface is very simple and easy for our team to understand.

Cons

I have nothing negative to report because the service has consistently met our expectations and the application functions reliably and performs exactly as anticipated.

They handled everything for us!!!

Pros

I appreciate how easy the setup process was, since they handled practically every detail, all I needed to provide were the links to the accounts we wanted, PageFreezer then emailed me to confirm and before long we were fully operational without any trouble which genuinely saved our team a great deal of time and frustration.

Cons

My only real issue has been facing some difficulty connecting Instagram mainly because the account had been created by another person, however this problem stems more from Instagram's setup intricacies than from anything it did, so it hasn't reflected poorly on their service.

exactly what we needed to search

Pros

Honestly, love the functionality that lets me filter and search for changes to web pages within exact dates and time ranges which makes tracking updates much more precise and convenient.

Cons

great platform, worth every penny

Pros

I consider this tool to represent outstanding value, the amount I pay for this service gives me tremendous return on investment and I personally find the user interface very friendlyy.

Cons

An online training session, walkthrough or webinar had been arranged with one of their representatives and when the scheduled presenter failed to appear I, along with numerous other attendees in the chatroom, immediately started to express concern and frustration after roughly fifteen minutes of waiting with no sign of the rep we all decided to leave the session. I followed up by emailing PageFreezer who quickly rescheduled the walkthrough and issued an apology and although the initial mix-up was inconvenient I like that they addressed the problem promptly and took responsibility for the error.

Professional team!

Pros

In my experience, PageFreezer's staff have been knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Cons

reliably meets all our needs

Pros

We have relied on this toolr for several years because we must retain our website for compliance and after the initial account setup it continuously handles all of the archiving and maintenance without needing ongoing intervention from our side.

Cons

I have no complaints, it's exceptionally cost-effective and actually presents our team with more features and flexibility than we ever make use of, so there really isn't anything noteworthy to criticize.

an easy & transparent setup

Pros

Setting up the system was simple and quick and I find it very smooth to use with a consistently friendly support team available whenever I need assistance.

Cons

I LOVE being able to revisit pages from years ago, gives me peace of mind and I can access every page when needed.

reliable product!

Pros

It is easy to operate and its uncluttered, clear design makes workflows smooth while the powerful search capabilities enable me to quickly locate what I need and the overall solution has consistently proven to be dependable in day-to-day use.

Cons

easy setup

Pros

I found the setup to be very fast and simple and once completed the interface proved extremely intuitive and readily accessible although their integration capabilities currently lag behind industry standards, they have reassured me that improvements are underway which gives me considerable optimism about the product's future.

Cons

We had believed that mobile archiving was part of our deployment, yet only after completing the implementation did we learn that the mobile archiving component was managed by a separate vendor with whom it does not integrate as a result, we were forced to initiate an entirely new contracting process which caused substantial and frustrating delays for our project timeline.

easiest tool i've ever used

Pros

I've found it exceptionally interactive and easy to use which stands out as its greatest attribute, having worked with several other vendors before, I can say the speed and simplicity with which I retrieve data surpasses anything I've experienced elsewhere.

Cons

Everything has been excellent up to this point but I continue to be frustrated that there appears to be no option for setting up automatic payments because all my other services are billed on autopay, I find it hard to manually remember and process the monthly payments for this account.

support team cleared up confusion

Pros

After a disappointing relationship with our previous archiving provider, we approached the switch to PageFreezer with heightened caution yet the level of support from Ira, Richard and Ludik has been outstanding, they invest considerable time walking us through every detail which leaves me reassured that they will ensure our organization remains compliant.

Cons

The salesperson we worked with was knowledgeable about the product's functionality. However, several of his replies to our questions were ambiguous or misleading, leading to misunderstandings that later required follow-up clarification from Ira and the support team once we began using PageFreezer's services

A preferred all-in-one solution

Pros

Choosing it as our preferred platform came after comparing alternatives and we selected it because the pricing model was clear and easy, allowing us to easily allocate annual budget dollars without guesswork. equally significant was the ability to consolidate web and social media archiving into a single, comprehensive solution so we didn't have to manage two separate products which simplified our workflows and vendor management. Additionally providing 24/7 self-service access for our customers has proven very useful and now that NextDoor is archivable, our internal stakeholders are much happier with the coverage.

Cons

With NextDoor now supported for archiving, I have essentially no complaints since the platform delivers a thorough solution at a fair price that satisfies our requirements and removes previous gaps in coverage.

What I really appreciate is the ability to capture and save websites and then look back at how they appeared over the past several years. I also love the convenience of downloading documents that were attached to those pages. I've relied on it for over five years and even after moving to a new company, I chose to sign up with them again.What I appreciate is the ability to capture and preserve numerous websites and then inspect them as they appeared over the past several years, including the convenience of downloading documents that were attached to those pages, having depended on it for more than five years, I chose to sign up with their service again after I transitioned to a new company.

Cons

A limitation I've run into is that I can only print a single page from an archived website at a time and if I want to print multiple pages in one go I need to contact them and obtain their assistance.

Best for high-demand clients

Pros

Setting up and deploying the platform was surprisingly easy and because many of our clients operate in the pharmaceutical sector with extremely stringent archiving requirements, it not only met every criterion we had but exceeded expectations. We genuinely adopted a 'set it and forget it' approach which is the hallmark of excellent technology.

Cons

I cannot locate any information about my account's term length or renewal dates within the dashboard interface which is frustrating.

works perfectly as advertised

Pros

We have been relying on this product for roughly one and a half years and throughout that time it has performed exactly as promised, without any issues arising. I haven't faced any significant problems. What I particularly appreciate is the dashboard's layout and the easy process for connecting our social channels to capture reviews which makes the whole workflow simple. The website itself is interactive and easy to use and although my use is limited because we don't employ the platform's full suite of features, that modest level of engagement still results in a very simple and pleasant user experience.

Cons

One downside I find is having to reauthorize our social media integrations from time to time which can be annoying, though I understand this stems from the policies and restrictions imposed by the social networks rather than any fault of PageFreezer.

Reasonable price & great capabilities

Pros

Although we've only been working with it for a relatively brief period, I have found that its feature set covers gaps left by our main vendor, delivering functions that our primary provider lacks, the interface makes it easy to retrieve archived content and to provision new pages or sites while offering configurable capture intervals (daily, weekly, etc.) and the cost structure has been quite fair and competitive in our experience.

Cons

I do have one reservation: the service focuses solely on archiving webpages rather than capturing other types of content, so it won't archive in-platform communications such as messages on services like LinkedIn where compliance or recordkeeping demands often require preservation of conversational threads.
