Paragryn Features
Users can gather their most-used Microsoft Word documents, such as contracts or intake forms, and save them into a centralized library folder. This process creates a store of ‘paragrynized’ templates for repeated project use.
New projects are created by copying templates from the library into a separate project folder. The Paragryn desktop application then manages this folder, linking all associated documents for a specific client or case.
Information needs to be entered only once, either in the Word Add-in or the desktop app. The data automatically populates across all corresponding fields in all documents within that project, eliminating manual find-and-replace.
