“Customizable workflows and fields
Pros
I really appreciate being able to customize nearly every field name and workflow to align with my company's naming conventions and operational processes. It makes the software feel like it was built just for us and it eliminates so much confusion during training and daily use. That level of flexibility is hard to come by.
Cons
I wish the program offered more native copy-and-paste features so I can work faster without switching between applications.

“Flexible customization but some features are buggy
Pros
The thing that sets this tool apart is its flexibility, it has let us customize and tailor the software to satisfy the vast majority of our customers' needs and expectations.
Cons
Reporting tools still feel buggy and unconvenient and I find creating reports from scratch challenging especially when configuring user roles in the Collaboration Portal.

“Integrated automation for legal practice
Pros
Everything is tightly integrated and has genuinely helped automate many aspects of our law practice with this tool. Document management is incredibly feasible, we depend on it for our case files and emails and the automatic saving of emails, including Outlook messages via the plug-in, has saved us a lot of time. We also use the case invoicing and financial modules. In short, it's a dependable platform that simply works for our needs.
Cons
The single-button setup for forming a price list is awkward and I notice the Work Code drop-down in Blue Horse requires too many clicks when dealing with longer lists.

I'm finding it very user-friendly and our team genuinely likes the collaborative approach it encourages.
Cons
Searching within the diary fields is difficult and I find the letter templates tough to edit or expand with extra fields.

What I appreciate is the way it handles deadlines reliably and I also find the email functionality genuinely useful for keeping tasks and communications organized.

Using the financial module has been difficult and I notice server performance suffers because JBoss slows things down.

We are able to build new features and make changes independently without needing Patrix's assistance and I find the tool's maintenance features to be impressively powerful and reliable.
Cons
A clearer guide on maintenance would be valuable and I think follow-up hands-on support after training courses would help a lot.

Pros
Customer service has been outstanding, Raul Duarte became a fantastic business ally for us and thanks to him we picked up a surprising amount about this platform in a very short span of time.
Cons
The platform doesn't automatically pull new developments into my portfolio which slows my workflow and I notice the lack of an integrated annuity payment platform is a competitive disadvantage, the database is hard to browse natively making routine tasks more tough than they need to be.
