The interface offers the best search options and there are great training materials for all its features. Plus the team is always willing to listen to suggestions and develop new tools whenever it's feasible.

Cons

I genuinely can't find anything to complain about. We've tried products from many different vendors, but this one delivers every solution the others offer combined.

Setting up custom patent counts for exports can be tricky and I really miss having a non-patent literature search option. The assignee names in the graphical analysis aren't cleaned up either which makes the data look messy.

The keyword highlighting feature makes it easy to spot what I'm searching for and the side-by-side comparison lets me quickly review important details without switching between screens.

Sometimes the legal status of patent applications doesn't get updated and you need amended claims when presenting them
