Pros

I like the sharable projects feature, it lets clients review results directly without any back-and-forth. The team genuinely listens to feedback and keeps rolling out useful updates. The highlighted keywords in the full text window is a recent addition that's been incredibly helpful for my workflow.

Cons

Software tends to crash frequently and sometimes loses functionality which means I have to restart it or contact support pretty often. I'd really like to see better stability and reliability, the bugs can be pretty frustrating when your trying to get work done.

I really appreciate the chemical search functionality, being able to look up CAS numbers or chemical names is incredibly useful. It gives you detailed info about synonyms and IUPAC names and then you can convert all that into a search string which saves tons of time.
