“Turns PDfs into fillable documents
Pros
I love how this turns PDFs into fillable documents, couldn't find anything simpler that I use this frequently. The feature set is impressive and integration with other apps is simple.
Cons
The PDF recognition gets a bit weak when I am dealing with image based files, it just doesn't pick them up properly.

“simple PDf upload and editing
Pros
I really appreciate how simple it is to upload PDF files and make edits directly online, adding or removing content as needed. Once I'm done, downloading the finished file to my documents is simple.
Cons
When I send a completed PDF document requiring a signature to a client, they end up getting charged a fee, not sure if this counts as a real downside but it's something to be aware of.

“Useful form editing, steep for occasional use
Pros
Creating and modifying forms is incredibly useful for my workflow. I really appreciate the editing capabilities this tool offers. The Google integration works easily and I feel confident about the security features. Collaboration is easy and generating electronic signatures saves me tons of time.
Cons
The subscription price is pretty steep for me, especially if I am not using it all the time. For everyday users it works out okay but occasional users like me feel the pinch. Also, I can't do much when I am offline, most features need an internet connection to work properly.

Really easy way to upload and edit PDFs for me. The quality after downloading is outstanding from my perspective.

Pros
The interface is really easy for me and doesn't require much of a learning curve. What I appreciate most are the flexible editing options that let me customize documents exactly how I need them. For me the electronic signature feature has been a game changer for getting contracts signed quickly without the back and forth of printing and scanning.
Cons
The cost can be pretty steep for smaller operations. For me getting comfortable with all the advanced features takes some time to figure out. Also, I am pretty much stuck when my internet goes down since most functions need an online connection.

Pros
I found the PDF editing capabilities really helpful for my daily workflow. Creating and filling out forms is easy and the eSignature feature saves me tons of time. Their customer support has been responsive whenever I've needed assistance.
Cons
Form creation process feels glitchy to me and could use some simplifying process. Filling out forms isn't as simple as I'd like and the overall usability needs work to make things more user friendly.

I find this tool incredibly helpful and easy to navigate. Editing and signing PDFs happens without any hassle which saves me tons of time. When I've needed help, the customer support team responds quickly and they're genuinely friendly to work with. The interface feels clean and simple, nothing feels overwhelming or cluttered when I'm trying to get things done.
Cons
Sometimes it takes me forever to load or open which can be really frustrating when I am trying to get work done quickly.
