“Worth the investment

As someone who struggles with technology, I find this software to be quite simple. Also, Support team is amazing, always ready to assist with any issues I or my team encounter.

Cons

I haven't encountered any issues that would lead me to label it as the "least favorite feature."

Pros

The highlight of this program is undoubtedly the outstanding customer support team. They are consistently accessible to respond to my inquiries, rectify my mistakes, and offer valuable insights. While my office was adapting to the software, they exhibited great patience and kindness, always eager to clarify how we could accomplish our objectives with the program.

Cons

It took my team and me a few months to adjust to the software and learn how to use it effectively. I don't attribute this to ProTempus, it was simply our learning process.

Pros

The support is fantastic and very smooth. It's not cloud-based, which I appreciate. It's also very reasonably priced, and I had no issues with data import being free.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't had any negative experiences.

Pros

It's a non-cloud-based and secure solution. The customer support is exceptional. Tracking time and billing is very easy. It syncs seamlessly with QuickBooks, including a self-auditing feature. Plus, it offers secure remote access through SplashTop, all at an affordable price.
