RA MICRO features an addresses module that centralizes and manages the firm's entire contact database, uniquely identifying each record with an assigned address number. It separates user-created contacts from supplied program data, such as courts and government agencies. New addresses can be quickly added and automatically created using an optional ID scanner.

This functionality serves to accurately collect billable cost items that arise during active case processing. These collected costs are then automatically incorporated into the file account and cost accounting.
