“Slow unstable system performance issues”
Pros
Handling a large number of cases feels manageable for me with this software. I especially like the reminders, it notifies me 30 days before a task is due which helps me stay on top of deadlines without having to constantly check.
Cons
Using it daily, I've seen that it can be slow to start and sometimes crashes. That makes it harder to stay focused because I end up waiting or restarting things more often than I'd like.
