What Is Shake?
Shake is an independent legal tech platform that transforms dispute resolution through its confidential blind-bidding system. It enables parties to settle claims quickly and affordably, offering a low-cost alternative to traditional mediation and litigation. All proposals remain hidden until a mathematical midpoint of overlap is reached, ensuring fairness and transparency. This method protects each party’s negotiation stance while promoting trust. Shake Features
Blind Proposal Submission
The platform requires each party to submit three settlement proposals, high to low for the claimant and low to high for the defendant. This confidential process ensures that your negotiation position remains protected, as the opposing party is unable to view any of your proposed figures.
Impartial Settlement Engine
Shake utilizes a mathematically driven engine to assess each pair of proposals automatically until an overlap is detected between the two parties. If an overlap occurs, the software immediately declares the settlement at the precise midpoint of the shared range, removing any need for manual negotiation or bias.
Confidentiality And Security
No data or information regarding either party's negotiation stance or settlement proposals is ever shared with the opposition unless and until a firm settlement agreement is fully reached. If no agreement is made, the information remains completely secure and is not shared, ensuring that all subsequent resolution routes are not impacted.
Fixed-Cap Pricing Model
A significant advantage is the simple, transparent fee structure, which features a hard cap of £250 + VAT upon successful resolution. The "no settle, no fee" policy eliminates financial risk during the process, making Shake an incredibly attractive option for disputes where high legal costs are a primary concern for the client.

“Feature rich”
Pros
I find it quite useful overall especially because it includes features like screen recording, log capturing, offline access and real-time data visualization. One creative feature I really enjoy is how it can detect bugs just by shaking the phone which feels pretty unique and practical.
Cons
From my side, the navigation could be improved a bit more since it sometimes feels like it needs extra support through plugins or extensions especially if the goal is to attract more clients and make things smoother to use.

I also feel the company could invest more in marketing so that more clients become aware of the platform and its benefits.
