“Cuts down on client calls”
Pros
As a paralegal, it takes a lot of pressure off my day because it cuts down on all the client calls asking for case updates. Instead of reaching out by phone, clients can log into SimpleFile and check their case status on their own. They can also send us messages through the app rather than calling which makes communication much more convenient.
Cons
The app is very user-friendly so I really do not have any complaints about it.
