Easy call search retrieval system

Pros

Searching through past calls has become much easier with this product. I can quickly find what I need without digging through unnecessary information.

Cons

I'd like better integration with other systems I use. It would help if adding a call here could automatically reflect in my other tools so I don't have to enter the same information multiple times.

CAD dispatch digital transformation

Pros

Using this along with its CAD system has completely changed how we manage dispatch and records. It helped us improve efficiency in our department and over time we've moved toward a nearly paperless setup. Performance has increased a lot since we made the switch years ago.

Cons

Reporting is where I run into issues. I can't print multiple incident reports at once which means I have to handle them one by one and that takes extra time.

Complex legacy system issues

Pros

For the most part, I've found the system to be reliable and stable. The people using it are generally satisfied and since it's commonly used in our area, new staff already have some familiarity with it.

Cons

Managing it can be difficult because it still relies on a Unix-based setup. Even though switching to Linux is an option, the transition seems complicated. When issues come up, support sometimes shifts responsibility back to us which can be frustrating.

Customizable personal dashboard

Pros

Having a personal homepage that I can customize is something I really enjoy. It lets me set things up in a way that fits how I like to work.

Cons

Searching isn't as easy as I'd like it to be. In other systems I've used, I could type in keywords and quickly pull up a list of results which isn't as smooth here.

Simple structured data management tool

Pros

Organizing and sharing data has become much easier for me with this system. It keeps everything structured and makes communication more effective.

Cons

There are a lot of features included, so it does take time to learn everything. Once I got the hang of it, though, I could see the value it brings.

Flexible CAD dispatch system

Pros

What stands out right away is how easy everything feels when I use it. I can search for contacts in multiple ways, enter details without confusion and dispatch calls quickly. The ability to adjust it to my needs makes a big difference and overall it's the best CAD system I've worked with.

Cons

The messaging feature could use some work. I'd really like the option to send offender images directly to squad cars which would make communication more effective in real situations.
