“Improved Interface, Better Experience

Pros

My experience with this software has been really smooth overall. Even though the reporting features could use some tweaking, it still does exactly what I need it to do. The interface seemed a bit confusing when I first started using it but once you get the hang of things, everything runs perfectly.

Cons

Notification and alert customization options are pretty limited and I wish it provided more comprehensive insights into potential data risks. The interface isn't very simple either which makes the overall experience less enjoyable to work with.

“Reliable security with room for growth

Pros

This tool offers great data protection with excellent discovery and classification features that really help keep sensitive information secure. The interface is surprisingly user friendly, even non technical team members like me can navigate it without much trouble. I appreciate how the dashboard gives you a clear picture of your protection status at a glance and the menu layout makes sense. The built in wizards are particularly helpful for walking through data discovery processes step by step which makes identifying and securing sensitive data much more easy than other tools I've used.

Cons

The intensive scanning can really slow down our network, especially when we're dealing with large amounts of data. I've noticed productivity takes a hit during these scans. Also, there's quite a learning curve here, the wide range of features makes it pretty complex for non technical team members to grasp without extra training.

“Efficient data discovery tool

Pros

I find this software really user friendly and creating new rules is easy. Fine tuning existing rules to match our specific needs is simple too. It's been great for handling data privacy requirements.

Cons

Setting up custom rules in the earlier version could be pretty tricky and time consuming, though I hear the newer cloud version has made this much smoother.
