“Uncomplicated set up
Pros
I've found it remarkably simple to set up and operate. Making changes to a form takes me just seconds when priorities shift. The customer support team has been outstanding and responds very quickly and because of that I managed to create 30 different forms in under a month.
Cons
I can't come up with any drawbacks to this system. There really isn't anything I dislike about it.

“Feels easy to use
Pros
From getting it set up, through training and into everyday use Streamline feels natural and simple. My business team picked it up quickly with virtually no friction. I rely on it daily to monitor item statuses and keep my projects tidy and on track. The support team has been very responsive and assists me whenever I've a question.
Cons
I honestly can't find major downsides at the moment. Down the road, integrating with a full CLM, once we have the budget for it, will be an important enhancement.

“Critical to our operations
Pros
It has been a core part of how we handle contract intake and processing. I've found it extremely user-friendly and our team adopted it almost immediately. I'm particularly pleased that it provides metrics I can show management to demonstrate the impact of our workflow. The rollout was simple and their customer support has been exceptional. As we've grown and the number of agreements has risen it became an indispensable tool that has enabled us to scale alongside the increased volume.
Cons
Personally, I don't notice any real issues. That said, as we expand I would like to see more integrations with other tools we rely on so it can fit more smoothly into our growing tech stack.

“Integrated perfectly with GMail, Slack and Salesforce
Pros
One thing I really like is that I can send messages directly via email as well as use the app and I also appreciate being able to forward Slack conversations into the platform. It's a relief to be able to control all of the settings myself from within Legal Operations so I don't have to lean on IT or request vendor help. On top of that I feel genuinely supported because my customer success manager responds to every inquiry promptly and with thorough answers. Set up was extremely simple and the integrations with our GMail, Slack and Salesforce setups were smooth and reliable.
Cons
We picked this solution deliberately because we wanted something we could both deploy and maintain without much effort. It doesn't include some of the extra features and advanced capabilities you find in longer-standing, heavyweight platforms. In our experience that shortfall shows up most clearly in reporting functionality. Despite that, the platform satisfies everything we need right now and I'm confident it will continue to evolve and gain more depth and features over time.

“Exceeded our expectations!!
Pros
I've got nothing but praise for Streamline AI. It has truly surprised me with how much it delivers in everyday use by my team, far beyond what we first imagined! Getting the intake and workflow system up and running happened incredibly quickly and we were able to collaborate and test almost right away with our legal group during the change management phase. Together with our talented CSM in weekly sessions, we created workflows and intake forms that fit our needs. As we used it more, the number of use cases grew because we discovered just how powerful and flexible the AI and workflow capabilities are. There are multiple intake methods to choose from, an online form, email forwarding, alias email forwarding and Teams which made adoption easy. My internal stakeholders can see the status of their requests. Editing or tweaking intake forms and workflows as priorities shift is simple. The product keeps getting improved over time. Although we initially introduced it for legal intake, other departments quickly asked to use it to manage their repetitive tasks and requests. Adding another core team and keeping their processes distinct from legal was simple and we handed them control to run it themselves. Our internal legal users consistently tell me it's user-friendly and speeds up getting the right subject matter expert assigned. The AI automatically triages emails we forward into Streamline, selects the proper intake form and assigns the task to the right person, it even extracts facts and contact details from the message so there's no need to re-enter everything into a form. It went well beyond what we expected. Support has been outstanding and the product team genuinely listens to our feedback. We rely on this tool every day, it's already tied into DocuSign and we have plans to connect it with our new CLM.
Cons
I'm told column width flexibility is on the roadmap and should be available soon.

“Userfriendly software with a wonderful team
Pros
We've been using this software for our legal intake processes and honestly the experience has been excellent from start to finish. The platform feels user-friendly and efficient and it has noticeably improved our day-to-day workflow. The reports it generates are detailed and genuinely helpful for our team. I have to single out Sophia as she has been an incredible resource throughout our relationship with this company, from the early planning stages and configuration to the actual set up and ongoing support. Her expertise, promptness and commitment were key to making our rollout successful. She's consistently available to make sure we're optimizing the software. Thank you to Streamline for such outstanding service and support. I would recommend their solutions to any organization aiming to simplify and improve operations.

I know there are always things to sort out when you're rolling out new software but in my experience this one has made that process as simple and stress-free as possible.

What I appreciate most about it is how flexible and customizable its intake, assignment and notification workflow automations are, they immediately started helping my Legal and Compliance teams track and Streamline incoming work requests. Because tickets are searchable, I've been able to use Streamline as a living repository of the legal guidance we've given the company and I'm already pulling out recurring themes that I plan to turn into self-service resources (which we can link to directly to reduce future requests). In just the first year of using the tool, I've noticed the product constantly improving and releasing new features, something many SaaS vendors promise but rarely follow through on. It has actually delivered in a way that feels refreshing and energizing. It leaves me genuinely excited about future updates. Honestly, the standout part of my experience has been the setup, integration and ongoing support. Evan and Sophia have been fantastic to work with, always responsive, often addressing problems before I even realize they exist and they've gone well beyond expectations to set us up for long-term success.
Cons
If I'm being picky, the biggest limitation I see is the inability to do a full text search of comments left in tickets (rather than only searching structured field content). Adding that capability would multiply it's usefulness as a repository for legal, product and regulatory guidance. I'd also like the option to assign a ticket to multiple people or teams instead of being restricted to a single assignee which would better match how our work actually gets handled.

“Powerful ai workflows for legal teams

From my experience, this AI tool provides incredibly flexible and highly customizable intake, assignment and notification workflow automations that immediately started helping our Legal and Compliance teams track and organize incoming work requests. The way tickets are searchable has turned this platform into a practical repository for past legal guidance we've given the company and it's already making it easier to identify recurring themes that we can turn into self-service resources (which we can link directly from the tool to help drive down the volume of future requests). In just the first year I've been using it, the product has shown steady, tangible improvement and a steady cadence of new features, something many SaaS vendors promise but rarely deliver. This one actually follows through which is both refreshing and energizing and keeps me curious about what they'll add next. Perhaps most importantly, the implementation, integration and ongoing product support have been outstanding. Evan and Sophia have been fantastic partners, responding quickly, proactively addressing issues (often before I even notice them) and consistently going the extra mile to set us up for ongoing success.
Cons
I'm being a bit picky but adding the ability to perform a full-text search of comments left inside tickets (not just the structured field content) would multiply this tool's value as a legal/product/regulatory guidance repository many times over. I'd also like the option for multiple people or entire teams to be assigned to a ticket rather than being limited to a single assignee, as that would better reflect how our work actually gets handled across groups.

“Highly customizable legal intake platform
Pros
Being able to build and customize request forms down to the tiniest detail has honestly been phenomenal for our legal team. In our experience no two requests look the same and this tool is so simple that it lets you zero in on exactly what you need without fighting the interface. The existing metrics and analytics are already impressive and knowing they're expanding reporting options and supported file types makes me even more excited about what it can do. I really appreciate how simple it is to check status not just for the overall request pipeline but right down to each person on my team, by request type, where requests are coming from and many other dimensions. It genuinely took us a very long time to find the right solution, and not just because of cost, but this tool fits our workflow whether we need something lightweight or extremely great. Choosing it was the best call for our legal group. Wherever my career takes me, I'll be pushing any legal team I work with to adopt this tool. Minimal training was required for stakeholders, they picked it up quickly and used it like it had always been part of our legal intake. I can't sing its praises enough, it's a real game-changer. On top of that, the reps for the product have been outstanding: responsive, receptive to feedback and willing to work with us as deeply as we want, while also respecting teams who just want to buy and get on with the job. It's been an absolute pleasure, I'm eager to see new features and we use this system every day across many stakeholders. As the administrator, implementing it was easy after a couple of back-and-forths with our Eng/IT team. 10/10.
Cons
My main shortcoming is that the Slack integrations and related functionality are still limited, once they offer an open API and deeper Slack hooks, the possibilities will be limitless. I'd also like to see more great options for metrics reporting and export formats so legal teams can produce the hard, quantifiable data needed to demonstrate legal team value.

Adding this tool to my tech stack was a major win because it unlocked stronger reporting for our team, gave me and my colleagues clear visibility into the volume of requests we handled and offered other helpful capabilities. Having spent a lot of time as a frequent user on the commercial team, I found the interface and workflows very simple to pick up. Beyond an already practical platform, I have to say the support team stands out compared with any SaaS vendor I've worked with before. They are consistently attentive, move quickly to diagnose and resolve problems within the platform and over time they've become an invaluable strategic partner for us.
Cons
Right now this tool satisfies our team's needs but I know we'll require the platform to scale alongside us. For example, I'm interested in broadening its use beyond the commercial group, yet I would need the ability to build distinct dashboards to monitor different internal matter types separately. I've raised this internally and appreciate that the tool's team has communicated a clear commitment to grow with our organization and continually adapt to our evolving requirements.

For many teams I've worked with, this platform addresses a real point: making visibility and communication a priority across a multi-team approvals workflow. I find that tool.ai fixes this by giving organizations control over commercial issues regardless of deal size, how many approvals are needed, how many teams are involved, or the deal's priority. Being able to view every contract detail in one place and trigger an approval request with a single click has completely changed how we operate. On top of that, tool.ai is remarkably simple, the team integrated it into daily routines without friction and it now fits smoothly into our processes for sure.
Cons
I'm excited to see tool.ai evolve further because it's still growing and has a lot of potential. I'd love to see an internal contract repository built into the platform that stores all executed agreements generated from tool.ai requests, plus broader integration options, things like Outlook and SharePoint would be particularly useful. Overall I'm optimistic about upcoming enhancements and hope these features are added soon.

The template forms this AI tool provides have made it much easier for us to coordinate with various crew members whenever similar requests come through. Rather than asking each person to draft a full proposal every time, we let them complete the standardized forms we've created inside the tool which saves our crew a significant amount of time and keeps submissions consistent. On top of that, the customer service team has been extremely helpful, they answer our questions quickly and offer practical suggestions for adjusting the templates so they align with our specific workflows and needs.
Cons
We ran into some problems with receiving approval notifications through this AI tool which caused confusion for our team until we figured out what was happening. Fortunately, our customer success contact was very responsive and guided us through steps to fix the problem.

“fast rollout with ongoing partnership

Our legal team relies on this AI-driven tool to strengthen and support every team across the business. When we implemented it, we managed to go from nothing to fully operational in roughly a month which created a focused window for training and getting internal stakeholders up to speed fast. Because the interface is so simple, most stakeholders required very little, if any, formal instruction to start using the system effectively. The rollout didn't end when we went live, the partnership has continued since then. I meet bi-weekly with the excellent team behind this product to run through any questions and to preview or explore new features as they're released. Overall, the experience has been fantastic and effortless to use. We now see this system being used every day and the integrations they provide have only increased its value across our workflows.
Cons
My only real complaint is that I wish we'd discovered them much earlier than we did!

What I appreciate most is how simple the AI interface is, it genuinely simplifies the whole system and makes it effortless to use. With just a couple of clicks we can assign or delegate tasks across the legal department and route documents for approval without jumping through hoops. The dashboards and metrics this tool provides help me track total volume, see each contributor's workload and pinpoint where process bottlenecks are forming which in turn shows us where extra support is needed. For our legal team, this tool was the very first solution we implemented and it remains central to how we prioritize work, manage task flow and monitor productivity over time. Also, I have to give a big shoutout to the customer support team, they respond quickly and consistently help us resolve any questions or issues we send their way.
Cons
At the moment we're using the AI primarily for task tracking, metrics and approvals only, I'm eager to see the platform expand its feature set and add more integrations to support broader use cases.

Pros
Having tried other workflow platforms that weren't designed for legal teams, I find this one miles better, probably because it was developed by someone who's actually worked as an in-house lawyer. A lot of the features just click for legal use cases. What stands out for me is the rules-based automation you can build into intake forms, it trims down user mistakes significantly. It also went live quickly for our group which matters a great deal for a small team that doesn't have a dedicated tech person. Both the legal folks and people from the business side picked it up fast and started using it without much hand-holding which has been a big relief.
Cons
This is still a relatively new service so it doesn't yet offer all the integrations we need, for instance, there's no Coupa connection at the moment. That said the customer success team responds quickly and the product team is frequently releasing updates so I'm hopeful these gaps will be filled over time.

“full visibility into legal requests

What really stands out to me is the transparency into incoming requests. We used to have a hard time managing requests that arrived across multiple channels and were beginning to lose sight of request statuses especially given how reliant our organization is on Slack. Since adopting this tool, I have a clear snapshot of everything coming in and business users can check where their request is up to, we can also pull up a full history of any request. I'm also pleasantly surprised by how quickly people in our company picked it up without any formal training. No one has complained that it's difficult for non-legal staff and everyone is making the effort to submit legal requests here. It's also really easy to access the tool.
Cons
I don't have any major complaints, this is an early-stage startup product still under active development so I'm confident that many exciting new features will arrive soon.
