Pros
Navigating the system is pretty easy. Since I handle AR for my firm, I find the available features extremely useful. I use the system daily to manage my accounts and it offers great options like setting reminders, automating AR emails, and saving notes so other users can easily track updates in LMS+. I also love that LMS can be accessed via the web, making it convenient for those working remotely. It's a great tool for customer support.
Cons
Occasionally, the system freezes during a conflict check or the assigned printers for conflict checks disappear. There have also been times when creating a new matter where the entered information doesn't save, requiring it to be re-entered.
