It ranks among the best quality programs I have used and the support team is always prompt and helpful with problem solving and inquiries.

I have used Tabs3 for around seven years. The software offers more features than our firm currently utilizes, making it suitable for larger firms with intricate billing needs. Whenever I face a challenging situation, the phone support is quick and knowledgeable. I can speak to a real person who knows how to resolve my issues. The system is stable, and software problems are infrequent.

Cons

it is slightly inconvenient that not all screens available in the Tabs3 client are present in Practice Master. This means I need to log into Tabs3 specifically to make billing-related edits to the client profile that are not accessible in Practice Master.

The launch and usage of the software have been relatively simple. Most functions feel easy, and the help feature is quite effective.

Cons

Learning how to code documents for the Document Generator required a significant time investment for me. I believe better help materials would enhance this experience.
