TM Cloud Features

Automated connections to USPTO and CIPO refresh records and calculate due dates as statuses change. Deadlines appear on matters and are removed when no longer relevant, reducing manual tracking. Teams gain reliable, auditable timelines across portfolios, lowering the risk of missed actions during prosecution and maintenance work.

See How It Works

Data coverage across 180 plus jurisdictions helps keep international dockets current. Enter an application or registration and jurisdiction to populate matters, then monitor changes over time. The system flags updates so staff can review exceptions and focus on higher-value tasks instead of repetitive status checks.

See How It Works

Calendar connections surface upcoming tasks where teams already work, while daily email summaries highlight new deadlines and status shifts. Quick, one-click reports let attorneys and paralegals provide clients and associates with current views, improving handoffs and reducing back-and-forth coordination on routine docket updates and follow-ups.

See How It Works

Links to TEAS and helpful intake forms streamline application preparation and filing. A Section 2(d) trademark watch surfaces potential conflicts from newly filed marks, supporting clearance and early enforcement decisions. Results appear alongside docketed matters so staff can address issues without leaving the primary workflow.

See How It Works

Dashboards and configurable reports provide clean portfolio snapshots for attorneys, paralegals, and clients. Role-based access supports read-only third-party visibility without editing rights. One-click exports support audits and client updates, and this overview of TM Cloud features helps stakeholders understand status quickly during reviews, planning, or renewal discussions.

Excellent IP management with great reporting

Pros

Automation and reporting features are incredibly well designed and cover every scenario I can think of which is a lifesaver when managing a large portfolio. This really stands out from other options I've seen in the market.

Cons

Honestly can't think of anything negative right now, I haven't run into any major issues yet. If something does come up, I'm confident the team would be quick to address it or find a workaround that works.

Reliable management solution

Pros

The import feature works really well and I appreciate being able to set up internal docket deadlines. Whenever I've run into questions or problems, customer support has been quick to help me figure things out or walk me through the solution.

Cons

Building reports here is such a pain, it's always tedious and eats up way too much time. The way they've structured the report creation process is pretty confusing for me to navigate. Though I'll give them credit, the drag and drop feature works well.
