“The email from the representative was very misleading”
Pros
I do not have much to say, honestly. I didn't use it because I felt misled from the start.
Cons
Honestly I feel like it's a scam. The email said I'd have access to a specific case by paying for a subscription but that wasn't the case at all.

“Access all court data in one place with a powerful API”
Pros
Working with multiple courts that have outdated portals used to be a huge pain, but UniCourt has completely changed that. All the courts are now in one place with a powerful search feature which makes everything much easier. This has cut down on the training time for my team and has really improved efficiency in the office. Plus the search is perfect for business development and lead generation. We pull a lot of our court data through UniCourt's API and Legal Data as a Service platform, which integrates seamlessly with our own application. It feels like we're directly connected to state and federal courts via the API.
Cons
The software goes above and beyond what the court portals offer so I really don't have any complaints!
